Riviera Glow, your satisfaction is our priority.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will issue store credit for the full value of your order. Simply contact us at support@rivieraglow.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if the product has been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

We take full responsibility for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us and we'll resolve it immediately with store credit.

Store credit is issued as a discount code valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase at rivieraglow.com.au.
