Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 5–10 business days across Australia. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Riviera Glow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@rivieraglow.com.au and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@rivieraglow.com.au with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
